John Osborn is an Operations Administrator for Provider Relations, and has worked at Mayo Clinic since 2004. Prior to joining the Provider Relations in 2013, he served as the Operations Manager for Trauma, Surgical Critical Care, and General Surgery in the Department of Surgery and as a Senior Analyst in the Division of Systems & Procedures.
Mr. Osborn has the Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and the Master of Science degree in Decision Science from the London School of Economics. He is currently Assistant Professor of Healthcare Systems Engineering in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
Kirstin Wood is an Operations Manager for Provider Relations at Mayo Clinic. She is responsible for client relationship management activities with a focus on facilitating and delivering health care consulting engagements in support of the Mayo Clinic Care Network and International Advisory Services.
Ms. Wood has been employed at Mayo Clinic for over 30 years. Prior to joining Provider Relations, she was a Senior Account Manager for Mayo Clinic Global Business Solutions working with large employer and consortium groups assisting with design, implementation and overall management of their population health management programs. She also served as the Product Development and Implementation Manager at Mayo Clinic Health Solutions, a Mayo Health Compnay that served as a third party administrator for 19 years.
Ms. Wood has 28 years of experience in the managed care and employee benefits industry. She has extensive training and experience in project management with a focus on product development. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management with honors from Cardinal Stritch University.
Chad Kranebell is an Operations Administrator-International Team for Provider Relations. He is involved in client relationship management activities with a focus on international engagements and strategy. Prior to joining the Provider Relations Chad served as a project manager for eHealth Patient Services responsible for secure online services that allow patients to connect via the Internet or mobile app with Mayo Clinic anytime, anywhere. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic in 2011, he was with IBM for 17 years holding positions in Global Service Planning, Project Management, Customer Management and Development.
Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Augsburg College in Minneapolis Minnesota. In addition Chad earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration at Augsburg College.
Jose Solis-Padilla is a Senior Administrator for International Business Development on the Provider Relations International Team at Mayo Clinic. He is responsible for international business development strategy for international patient services, program leadership and international client relationship engagement and negotiation. Having worked for a decade in the consulting, manufacturing and telecommunications industries in Mexico before moving to the United States, he developed an interest and a passion for international business. Jose holds a Public Accounting degree from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico in Mexico City and a Master’s in Business Administration and International Business from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.
Harry Men is an Operations Administrator for Provider Relations at Mayo Clinic. He is responsible for building and managing external provider collaborations and partnerships in China and other international regions.
Mr. Men has been employed at Mayo Clinic since 2017. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic, he served as Business Operations Manager, Program Manager, and Research Operations Leader in several clinical areas at University of Utah for 8 years. He also had over 8 years’ working experiences in China holding positions in business development, project management, marketing and product management.
Mr. Men holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Hebei University.
Susana Shephard is an Operations Manager for Mayo Clinic Care Network. She is involved in client relationship management activities with a focus on planning, facilitating, and delivering healthcare consulting engagements.
Susana has been employed at Mayo Clinic for fifteen years. Prior to joining the Care Network team in January 2015, she worked at the International Patients Center as a medical interpreter, patient coordinator, and event planner for the International practice. She then joined the Mayo Clinic Center for Social Media where she implemented and managed several social media platforms, trained Mayo Clinic staff in using these tools as well as consulted with clinical and administrative departments to develop social media plans.
Susana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and French from Pomona College, Claremont, Calif., and a Master’s of Business Administration from Western International University.
Paul Zobitz is an Operations Manager with Provider Relations, supporting several international advisory services engagements and Mayo Clinic Care Network relationships. Paul joined Mayo Clinic in 2004 and has held a variety of roles in the Clinical Practice, Education and Administrative areas across the institution. Prior to joining the Provider Relations team, Paul held a leadership role in Education Technology supporting education systems used across the institution. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Tiffin University.
Corey Knauss is an Operations Manager for Provider Relations at Mayo Clinic. He is responsible for the daily management and coordination of Mayo Clinic Care Network activities. He is involved in client relationship management, international patient referral initiatives, and management of International Advisory Services consulting.
Mr. Knauss has been employed at Mayo Clinic for 12 years and during this time has gained experience in the operational oversight of several health and wellness products, implementation of quality assurance programs, coordination of domestic and international partnerships, and new product development activities.
Prior to joining Mayo Clinic, Mr. Knauss earned his bachelor’s degrees in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and a Master’s degree in Counseling & Psychological Services from the University of Minnesota – Saint Mary’s.
Susan Xu is an Operations Manager for Provider Relations at Mayo Clinic. Susan supports several International Advisory Service projects and is also responsible for client relationship management with Mayo Clinic Care Network members.
Susan joined Mayo Clinic in 2015 starting as a bilingual Mandarin speaking International patient coordinator, working directly with International patients and multiple international referral facilitators. She has worked with multidisciplinary teams on projects regarding patient experience, safety, quality and process improvement. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic, Susan served as an assistant nursing home administrator and project manager at several organizations.
Ms. Xu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Trade and Economics from Zhajinag A&F University, and a Master of Arts degree in Healthcare and Human Services Administrations from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She is also an experienced P.M.P and a board certified Nursing Home Administrator.
Andrew Parks is an Operations Manager for Provider Relations at Mayo Clinic. He is based in the UK and prior to joining Mayo Clinic worked as a management consultant in a number of different sectors ranging from the energy market to transport and infrastructure and worked for Babcock International Group, a global engineering company based in the UK.
Mr. Parks has a Bachelor of Science and Economics degree in International Politics from Aberystwyth University and a Master of Science degree in Project Management from Heriot Watt University. He has a Master's in Business Administration from Warwick Business School and is working towards an academic position in Healthcare Systems Engineering in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
Kirk Allen is a Senior Business Analyst for Provider Relations at Mayo Clinic. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic in 2019, he was with Cargill for 5 years in Corporate Strategy and Commercial Analysis roles. He also has several years of experience in commercial banking and the legal industry, where he was a Judicial Intern for the United States Bankruptcy Court and Wisconsin Court of Appeals.
Mr. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Decision Science from Miami University and a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School.
Anna Rebidas is a Senior Business Analyst for Provider Relations at Mayo Clinic working with international client engagements providing consultation and business analysis. Anna joined Mayo Clinic in 2006 as an Art Director in Brand Strategy and Creative Studio and has partnered with multiple Mayo Clinic Centers: Innovation, Individualized Medicine, Regenerative Medicine and International.
Ms. Rebidas holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the College for Creative Studies, Detroit, Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from Augsburg University, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
